Our network
The VICS network comprises nine Integrated Cancer Services (ICS) across Victoria. Eight are partnerships of health providers in specific geographical areas; one is a statewide partnership focused on improving outcomes for children and adolescents with cancer and their families. The Victorian Department of Health requires all public health services that treat cancer patients to be active members of the Integrated Cancer Service (ICS) partnership for their area. We also maintain partnerships with many private health services and hospitals, community health organisations, Primary Healthcare Networks, and other health providers across Victoria. In total, 122 health providers across Victoria are VICS members.
Together, we implement the VICS network’s vision of improving experiences and outcomes for people affected by cancer, by connecting cancer care and driving best practice.
