HRICS Grant Funded Project - Allied Health

The Allied Health Strategy and Roadmap project at Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre (AWRCC) set out to define a centre-wide strategy and actionable roadmap for allied health services at AWRCC. Project redesign methodology was used, including diagnostic strategies to identify the current state and solution design to formulate the roadmap. The final report contains 34 recommendations across themes of models of care, workforce, process, and governance.
