Governance

The LMICS Governance Group sets the LMICS Strategic Plan and ensures that LMICS deliver results that support the plan’s objectives. It manages strategic risks and budgets and reviews LMICS project outputs and outcomes.

The group comprises health service leaders from across the Loddon Mallee Region – including CEOs, senior managers, and clinicians with expertise in cancer. We are fortunate to have 2 consumer representatives who contribute their lived experience and knowledge. The LMICS Governance Group meets quarterly.
